Operation to inspect the residences of foreigners
Re: Operation to inspect the residences of foreigners
If you don't need a driving licence, have no urge to get married and don't (legally) work here you can fly below the radar for decades I guessTootsfriend wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2024 4:27 pm Not once in over 20 years here has anyone from any gov department asked me to show my passport or ID or anything ,, other than when arriving at the airport.
It's almost as if I'm being ignored and taken for granted. Perhaps I should do something to attract the attention of the authorities.

He's definitely been over the top aggressive and negative lately. It's one thing to use the forum to vent now and again, but it's another to use it as a punching bag for all your frustrations.
I see he's apologized and said he'll cool it, so that's good.
