28seconds of someone looking at themselves in the camera, saying nothing (at which point I gave up) and only 4 1/2hours more, to go.
Kind of obvious, given his style.

Re: Warsaw restaurant, street 178
I must have been unlucky, reading all the rave interviews. Admittedly, I went at 15:00, but they do say they are open all day.
I ordered Pierogi as a starter and the goulash as a main course. The very friendly waitress repeated the order, but I ended up getting the goulash first. Neither the goulash nor the potato dumplings were hot when I got my meal after a rather lengthy 40 minutes. The beef was also very tough. I eat little salt, but the goulash was lacking seasoning. I couldn't do anything about it as there were no condiments on the (wobbly) table.
The Pierogi were rather tasteless as well. When I finished the meal, I got a glass of water. I appreciated the offer, but if you decide to give water, maybe give it at the beginning of the meal.
During the meal, an elderly white lady came out and started smoking right next to me. I assume that she is actually the cook, as she was called back in by the staff after another guest arrived.
I do understand that it is a new restaurant and teething problems are to be expected. I will certainly be going back as the food is very similar to many German favourites and it is the closest to German food I have been able to find in Phnom Penh.

I went there a few days ago and I liked it. Authentic taste, huge amount of food, less inadequate service than elsewhere (they did get one side dish wrong, no big deal). I'll be back, there are a few more dishes I'd like to try.

I agreed the service is poor, not a place to go if your in a rush.
Boredom is like a shroud
Re: Warsaw restaurant, street 178
It sounds like this place has variable reviews and would be a place I will avoid.

Yes, you should stay far away. There are more suitable places for you on 172.

Re: Warsaw restaurant, street 178
Does this have any relation to the Polish place on 172 that opened (and closed) at the beginning of COVID?
I am sure that was also called Warsaw, but could be mistaken
