Going on a worldwide tour .My $ is in ABA . Is there a card I can get that will let me withdraw in various countries - without getting ripped off by ABA exchange rate and visa withdrawal fees ?

My understanding is that you'll always get hit with their "foreign usage" fee on top of the exchange rate, with all their cards.

I’m getting a bit full of ABA.
Does anyone have a better recommendation for a general bank to keep your money in .
and keeps it “ in “ there for a minor survivor ?
I like ABA and can pretty much use them for whatever they are good for free
besides they charge you for everything And yearly some charges and tax
and ATM service fee in the long run
No wonder they are so well off. But - about Easy and convenient
ATMs every where 4 of them in a cube at angkor wat
and can pay the dollars anywhere without have ing to deal with all the 100s ,
and now 200 reil notes . I only use the free service withdrawals from ABA
I withdraw at an other bank and deposit free to ABA. Now I want to switch banks .
But I thank god about using american money , because I got alot of it .
