Russians are poisoning homeless couples (who live suspiciously close to the UK's largest chemical weapons facility, but nevermind such facts) with novichok stashed in perfume bottles safely deposited in dumpsters for no apparent reason other than their own malice, I doubt they have time to do such a thing given that busy schedule
