Could this be achieved for example by sending her to a doctor where she is declared DOA so she could she walk away end of matter?

There must be deals like this done all over the country (and in many other countries) - its probably a matter of approaching the prison administrators correctly I would think.

So is this doable boys and girls? Do you know anyone local with bureaucratic experience that could try approach the snook adminstration directly and see if they are open to such a proposition? Worst they can say is no correct? (or name a ridiculous price). Its just a straight forward job to go and ask after all....

I am on an Australian pension and trying to do a good deed...If it succeeds I do not expect any thanks or recognition. I doubt she is capable of remembering me after 5 years of beatings and endless misery with all nil vitamins that are required to keep anyone in human working order... Just pity my ex friends plight and am trying to throw some good karma her way - pay it forward if possible for once I guess.

thanks,

Richard.
I wouldn't think it was possible Richard unless you were part of the elite. She is probably being looked after by her family though.

richardtmw wrote: Mon Mar 11, 2024 3:05 pm well I emailed every lawyer in PP and only a couple seriously replied saying have to appeal to court for a new hearing based on some error made in the original hearing but thats not gonna work of course its just lawyer consuming my money with something that sounds like something official but I can see thats complete crap never gonna work.

Where is the starting point then on getting this done? Without ridiculous retrial suggestions...
contact a local lawyer in shv, one in PP will only eat up ur $$$$
we used one from Kampot where his court was held

regardless what you decide, ur going to need someone ON the ground in SHV to handle the negotiators.

$$$$ talks
the lawyer needs approach the presiding judge who will reverse/amend his decision

If he’s wanting someone to break the law for someone who is in prison for breaking the law then he needs to come here himself and take that risk.
A jail break in Cambodia? What could possibly go wrong?

This girl was a friend of your ex gf and you said she doesn't speak any English and indeed you have not been in contact or knew her whereabouts until recently. Previous to that was over 5 years ago and even then it doesn't sound like it eas an overly close friendship but more so with tour ex gf.
You wanted someone who you will take this woman supplies and you will pay that person for the food bought and associated travel expenses as well as money for themselves to this woman in a jail in Sookyville. Then you wanted to know if a bribe could be arranged to release her early but when the figures were given you said you get $500 AUD a week of which $400 goes to rent and I take it you still buy food and pay bills out of the remainder. Unless you have another source of income I'm wondering how you are going to buy the supplies let alone any incidental payments to the courier as by the sound of it what you want to do will not be cheap even at Cambodian prices.
Is it a one off deal?
Did you intend this to be ongoing assuming the first delivery gets to the prisoner?
As I mentioned how can you afford it on the pension now and or on a regular basis?
Forget the paying it forward nonsense, what are you expecting from this woman who was (is still?) married and has two children, can't speak English and by your own admission probably doesn't know you from Adam?
Genuine questions.

Well someone offered to do it for $50 plus I guess $20 for food/water so would have to save up for a few weeks to afford that once.

I will have no way of knowing if its delivered or if she even gets to keep anything before the guards get it all so its pretty much a gamble correct.

She was my ex's GF and thus my friend without english - we used wechat that translates automatically from her chinese to my english - it was tedious and annoyning actually to have her want to chat to me all day on wechat i dont like facing a screen all day prefer face to face but there it was she was a very beautiful smart sexy petite smiler that was untouchable - I guess that was why I wanted her.

The pity is that of course that person has now been destroyed I guess and would likely be unrecognisable to me - i guess she looks somewhat like a corpse poor thing.

All I have is the arrest photo that shows her as she was lovely and sweet and smart as all those languages I was very impressed...

So I obviously cannot really lose what I never had - but looking at her pick in the station in front of the shit looking down and at the camera in quiet defiant fury makes me sigh...poor theary....what the hell did you get yourself into...or what was done to you I dont think she deserved this bad she did not implicate anyone because from what I know - she knew nothing...all I ever saw her do was play with kids and cooking with my partner...this poor girl didnt deserve a death sentence.

What a waste - I truly wish I could turn back time for her or at least somehow get her out ffs before she dies from her decent into perpetual purgatory I assume as bad as it gets. awful - someone pls help me get her out? Or visit her for no fee other than food costs to not make this so much of a burden for me so this can be repeated more than once?

Richard, time for you forget about her, find someone else to fantasize about, and move on. With your financial situation you couldn’t afford her anyway.

Hi Ken R - yes you are correct I have been told exactly that by several other people before. I dont hold any hopes in terms of her because whatever she was must be truly gone by now. Why am I interested - compassion I guess I am very very confused as to whether she actually has khmer family. nothing matches up. She told me she was raised in her parents house in Poipet on the border - that her mother was Thai I guess so theres where the thai language came from possibly and I dont know who the husband was of what I was told were two children in pics in poipet. Her surname is Seng which is chinese so it was either her father who was chinese or her husband.

Now the confusing part is that I did not know she was still married to a chinese prior to arrest - I thought the husband was separated to her and lived around poipet casinos - and that the two children were being raised by her mother who she said was very anti drugs. The pics looked like nice house I dont think they were poor.

So in Snooky I see she has a chinese husband I assume and a very nice house where we stayed for a weeks holiday. There the girls cooked together but the kids never were actually visible. So I guestion if this was even her husband - he drove a big blacked out van and told me to fuck off in english charming...I was trying to break into his house at the time lol as I was looking for where my partner had dissapeared to oh dear....more on that later if anyone really wants to hear that storys continuation.

So this girl theary the prisoner i find out mainly spends her time in the casinos spending all she makes from her chinese customers - this is back in 2017 when the chinese where still there and with money. On top of that she was running around town servicing customers everywhere and I assume selling a bit of ice to the clients I think they all do it but never anything like what we saw in the arrest photos thats insane.

So I did like her company and felt that I may be the only one that might have the power to do something more than sitting back in my comfy couch with a beer...just a small effort on my part whilst she is crawling around in shot how could I just let that knowlingly continue and do not one iota to easily help out if I could its a guilt trip. I know she will never come to me she is off in hell and you cant trust or afford such girls anyway unless your chinese mafia i know...so its a mix of guilt to not move a finger to help now that I know and regret of course over what never transpired.

5 questions - 1. what was her chinese mafia BF/husband doing letting her run around town working when he had a big house shere she lived doesnt make sense i didnt see any other girls there just one main bedroom upstairs for them it looked like a couple.

2.would such a ruthless cunt which is what chinese are lets face it in mafia casino land support her in prison - I doubt it as he probably had a hand putting her in there - perhaps he got jealous of her running around on him.

3. who has kept her alive for 5 years if her mothers in poipet with two kids she aint seen in 5 years plus probably more before that - who is the mystery food deliverer - is there one - can one survive 5 years without outside help? Is she possibly making it by giving never ending headjobs to everyone at the rate of 500 a day for rice? (assuming no iutisde help?) is that even possible?

4. The mother hated drugs so I dont know that she would actually come to the rescue and indeed she may not even know she was arrested. I was told the relationship was non existent since she abandoned her children to her mother and ran away to snooky.

5. Chinese fluent came from? father - customers? super smart then to pick that up? Khmer came from? If mother is thai and father chinese then where did khmer come in on the thai border.

6. If mother is actually khmer then where the fuck did fluent thai come from i had it confirmed fluent too.

I guess the answer to all these questions is a total mystery. DO I help her - does she deserve it - well she never did anything much wrong to me. There is no great benefit to me. I can of course contunie to ignore and probably will do so as it seems hopeless to me and if she is being supported doesnt make sense to double up right...

What should I do?

Richard.
