But they got their basic education in India and so the seeds were sown for future success. Why aren't the Americans from the same universities in the same posts?angsta wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 3:07 am- Sundar Pichai - Google/Alphabet Stanford University (MS) University of Pennsylvania (MBA)RightSaidFred wrote: ↑Fri Sep 29, 2023 2:26 pm Am surprised to see that the top Indian university falls in the 201-250 bracket. Especially considering the number of Indians heading American corporations. India must be doing something right with its educational system. Just to name a few:
- Sundar Pichai - Google/Alphabet
- Satya Nadella - Microsoft
- Shantanu Narayen - Adobe
- Arvind Krishna - IBM
- Ajay Banga - World Bank
- Sanjay Mehrotra - Micron Technology
- Satya Nadella - Microsoft University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (MS) University of Chicago (MBA)
- Shantanu Narayen - Adobe Bowling Green State University (MS) University of California, Berkeley (MBA)
I can't be arsed to Google the rest, but the first 3 did all the important stuff in USA USA.

Do you work for China government?HaifongWangchuck wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 12:32 pmPutting shitty British universities in Cambodia does nothing to advance the interests of the Khmer people either, just a wait for the English to offload their awful educational system on a country that is none the wiser due to the way people here glorify Barang educational standards, without realising the best are already to be found in Asia (e.g, China and Singapore out perform the UK in virtually every metric imaginable).Doc67 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2023 9:10 amThat's his job, to promote British government interests, not the interests of British people. No. Do you work for GCHQ? It seems a bit silly to assume I'm Chinese (why not Singaporean?) foreign intelligence on account of my assessment that they have better, more result-oriented universities than the West.LamarFreddie wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 10:38 amDo you work for China government?HaifongWangchuck wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 12:32 pmPutting shitty British universities in Cambodia does nothing to advance the interests of the Khmer people either, just a wait for the English to offload their awful educational system on a country that is none the wiser due to the way people here glorify Barang educational standards, without realising the best are already to be found in Asia (e.g, China and Singapore out perform the UK in virtually every metric imaginable).Doc67 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2023 9:10 amThat's his job, to promote British government interests, not the interests of British people. Can't a guy have an opinion anymore without some blatantly nefarious accusation?
Also, what's the deal with you? You joined this forum only ~5 days ago and literally almost half your 10 posts are just responding to mine.

Results oriented? If the results sought are rote repetition, script editing by committee, and straight up IP theft. Ironically, you have been making quite the case for The Trivium and Quadrivium curriculum, more than ever.
