A complete waste of time, sanctions always are. I saw an article by an FT journalist somewhere where he shows a massive drop in sales of luxury cars, heavy machinery etc that can be re-purposed to military equipment for Russia - all good, then almost the exact same amount growing in neighboring countries like Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan etc. Russia is still getting everything. I'll try to find the article, it is just so stupidly obvious how Russia is bypassing all these "get tough" sanctions.

More important is the readjustment of Ukrainian war strategy from offense to layered defense and other changes as recommended by the Estonian Prime Minister. The US and others recommended a single all out attack, Ukraine chose multiple attacks, diluting its military effectiveness. And going nowhere.
