ABA to the UK Wise Transfer

Trying to make a Wise transfer from ABA to the UK . They originally gave me address of Barclays Bank in London with an IBAN but NO sort code as asked for by ABA transfer form . Contacted Wise but not they did not reply .
Is it ok to send without a sort code ?

I looked up sort code for Barclays London and it was a confusing mess of different sortcodes and different branches .

Is it ok to send without a sort code ?

In my distant past, sending money from abroad to UK always required IBAN & Sort Code. Try Googling the IBAN and see if it leads you to a bank sort code.

I seem to recall that ABA didn't work with Wise here in Cambodia.
