Went for a bike ride around the riverside area

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Sorry to bump this thread again, but I've recently bought a new lens and some filters for my iPhone and have been learning a lot more about phone videography since my original attempt a few weeks ago at the start of this thread.

I want to make a new video, showcasing some of the less well know parts of PP than your usual riverside and royal palace areas.

Does anyone know of any hidden gems in PP that would make for interesting backdrops to a video similar to the one I posted in my original post?

Thanks for the suggestion. It definitely looks like an interesting place, for sure. I can't read most of the article as it's behind a paywall, but from what I can see in the photo, and the short text that's available to read, it seems like a place with a degree of poverty? Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but to be honest, I'm not particularly comfortable with the idea of filming poverty stricken places or people clearly living in poverty. I know it can be hard to avoid sometimes in PP, but I prefer to avoid as much as I can.

Koh Norea has a pleasant new boardwalk that tends to be quite bustling, especially on weekends.

And perhaps the PH Euro Park?

Thanks. I forgot about Euro Park. I've been there before but yes, would be interesting. As for Koh Korea, I'll check it out. :thumb:

Go down the alleys between the main streets. Depending on the aspect/ lighting they might look better at some times than others. There are tons of little shops and businesses down them. And loads of desolate Victorian looking places.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
