yoghurt maker
Does anybody on CEO produce homemade yoghurt? I have tried to find a youghurt maker (6-10 glasses) but I cant find it.
Whats the best yoghurt (brand) to use as a starter? What milk (brand) does give the best results?

Re: yoghurt maker
You don't need a yoghurt maker. Boil the milk, cool it till it is lukewarm, then add a teaspoon of live yoghurt. Keep it on your table for 12 to 18 hours. It will be ready. Yoghurt makers are useful only in cold climates. I don't know the name of the yoghurt I use, but it is a tub with a blue label and it comes in various sizes.
