It's too vague. Depends on what you're looking for.

I'm looking for a safer environment, a softer climate with seasons, a larger access to culture, and a good enough educative system, at reasonable cost.
For these reasons i'm okay with the place i am now, but it would be different a few hundred km in another direction, mostly for safety reasons. It's not getting cheaper, that's the main impacting variation.
Idiots are in charge here too, but at least i can argue on the same level of mutual understanding, and demos are still in motion, which is a good thing. If it's moving, kicking, then it's living.
