Especially with a local custom that to many a Khmer is normal, and where they probably won’t understand what the issue is.

I don’t like this custom, myself. But it does need to be remembered that it’s not abnormal, here. The only way to be sure that this sort of thing won’t happen is to first recognise that people might do things like this, and then be vigilant enough to not give them the opportunity.
Some background on this custom:

Reconsidering the Unwanted Sexual Touching of Boys by Adults: An Ethnographic Study in Rural Cambodia

The unwanted sexual touching of boys by adults is a form of child sexual abuse. However, the genital touching of boys may be culturally “normal,” with not all instances necessarily being “unwanted” or “sexual.” This study, set in Cambodia, explored the genital touching of boys and the local cultural constructions of it.

I get locals do that sort of stuff, but I've only ever seen it done between families. Some random woman walking up to a kid with his foreign father and grabbing his cock for shits and giggles I would assume is abnormal or frowned upon.
The way the woman walked up to my son, I figured that she was going to squeeze his cheeks or something like that. I guess the only way to make sure that that sort of shit doesn't happen is to not let any close to him.. Sometimes this place gives me headaches..

I wouldn't say that it's common but equally I don't think it's "abnormal or frowned upon"

Molehair runs Dan meats. I think he's family with the western owner who must be semi retired by now A smirk/smile is a fairly normal reaction for a Khmer in a stressful situation

I'd bet it doesn't happen again

Maybe remeber we are the foreigner aliens here, and they are "home".
Cambodia wont adapt to our habits, we have to do to theirs.
Didnt we already adapt to their habit from young woman running behind Old fat white guys (including the bad things happening after that) !! ??

I understand about the smirk/smile being common in uncomfortable situations, but his attitude and all towards it was like he couldn't give a single shit about it. I won't be going back there simply because of his response. I've been going there for 10 years, so it's a shame.

Google gives me this for Lanzi's number:
Mr. Rolf Lanzinger
Owner
No. 51A, Street 214
Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Mobile: +855 (0)17 500 499

DanMeats is an established and renown butchery offering premium meat products to a wide range of local and international clients. Our catering team and its services provide groups of up to 1000 pax. with first class food from the grill, barbecue or from our fresh meats department.
Young women grabbing your dick in public used to be de rigueur here. To the Viets it was like shaking hands.

But of course I was a consenting adult.

Fair enough. I stopped giving them my custom around 10 years ago as their prices were outrageous; far better butchers in PP nowadays

I go to Makro for my meat these days. Can't beat the quality and price. And the staff is adequately trained, trustworthy and efficient.
