Pixellation rules

Post by Spigzy »

On my "Crime by football shirt" travels I came across a lot of pixellated pictures; sometimes even masking the badge of football clubs whilst the perps face was there to see. Today I stumbled across a BBC special, which looking at the Reuters picture source, originated from a North korean news source and perhaps could set a new trend of pixellating a person in the background randomly ...

So, the question is - who is this person, and why out of all the high profile people shown was this guy pixellated by NK news? Has he since been, ahem, relieved? #RayCharlesLives

Censorship, because it's associated as a "white flag" call in disguise ?
Oooh these NK censors, they're good ^^

If so, possibly, ahem, relieved from his functions ?

Weird they didn't crop him out though

On a more serious note, is there a single member of the Kim family (alive or dead, male or female) who doesn't qualify as fugly?
