PHUKET: A search and rescue centre has been set up to look for two men - a Thai cook and a British tourist - who were still missing after a scuba-diving tour boat sank near Ko Torinla or Ko Khai island...

Panic over. The deceased foreigner was not Chinese, just a Brit. Sorry for my dark humor.armchairlawyer wrote: ↑Sat Dec 23, 2023 6:32 pm
Funny how they just say foreigner withoit specifying the nationality. Methinks they won't want to say if s/he was Chinese. Apparently that Taiwanese (Chinese) who died after being turned away from a private hospital caused a stir on social media in China.
BP also just saying foreigner, https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/ge ... f-phangnga

The ferry was hit by waves as high as 3 metres about 4 nautical miles from the shore at Koh Tao in Koh Phangan district. This resulted in sea water entering the vessel and damaging its water pumps, officials said.
The ferry was carrying about 70 passengers, mostly foreign tourists, and crew.
At 9.10 am, speedboats and other boats were sent to the spot with rescue workers, police and local leaders arriving there to help transport the passengers and the crew. All were taken to Koh Tao pier safely.
The ferry later sank about 10.30am.

I wonder if Ian Yarwood will have a theory about this incident.
He is literally a serial killer and not the only one at work on that awful Death Island, the multiple unexplained deaths are very well documented and could only be covered up in a country as corrupt as Thailand.
How would you feel if it were a member of your family that went on holiday and never returned, then you find out they died under horrific circumstances it’s just not something to be so flippant about?
"literally a serial killer" Why literally? Is there a difference between a serial killer and a literal one? (Or am I being flippant again?)
"How would you feel if it were a member of your family that went on holiday and never returned, then you find out they died under horrific circumstances it’s just not something to be so flippant about?"
But they haven't, so I don't care what happens on Koh Tao because murders happen everywhere, everyday. And that's why I can be flippant and not someone that gets on their high horse and virtue signals and takes offence by proxy.
And as for Ian Yarwood, he has repeatedly declined to answer the much asked question as to what fuels his insatiable interest. He just keeps posting YouTube videos of old news and never engages. So he goes in the nutter file.
