Brooklyn Pizza does a vegetarian deep dish. I got one without cheese - I was craving veggies and bread the other night. It was delicious, not salty as hell. I highly recommend.

My wife brought home half a fresh chicken, so I threw down some Italy grub ... butter, garlic, onion, salt, pepper ... Cut it up, browned it up, tossed in some San Marzanos (canned) and a bunch of oregano flakes and rosemary from the garden ... 30 minutes low & slow ... presto! The deep dish can wait. But I will put Brooklyn on my list.

You have Rosemary growing in your garden? Very difficult to grow here, congrats on keeping it alive.

It's been two weeks and still kickin'.

But my lophophora, that's struggling ... wife keeps over watering.
