Cambodia News (Kampot): On the afternoon of 20/11/2023, Major General Mao Chanthurith, Commissioner of Kampot Provincial Police, announced that the provincial criminal force had conducted a raid and arrested two Pakistani and Indian nationals in connection with a robbery case. According to the provincial commissioner, the robbery took place at 11:30 pm on 19/11/2023 in Teuk Chhou district, Kampot province, and the suspect attempted to escape. Upon receiving the information, he immediately ordered the joint forces to search and identify the target in a timely manner, leading to the crackdown and arrest of the two suspects on 20/11/2023. Legal action is being sought. The two suspects arrested were: TAL WINDER, 34, an Indian national, and AM JAD, 38, a Pakistani national.

Currently, the suspects and the evidence have been temporarily detained by the provincial specialized police force and the case is being sent to the provincial court for processing.
