Last post on this. I contacted Cambo Quick yesterday. Sent them the info from Amazon, they got back to me immediately with a quote. Today I'm going to deposit the money at ABA, the shirts will ariive in 3-4 weeks. No paperwork, it costs less than having Amazon ship it. Easy as can be. This is the way to buy from Amazon. And DHL can KMA.

I'm interested in using Cambo Quick myself at some point, so if you could give another update once you've (hopefully) received your shirts, that would be great. I've only heard good things about them so far, but nothing recently.
