Any chance of narrowing it down a bit or giving some context? Or is this some kind of "spot the ball" competition?

These uploads don't have the EXIF data on them, can you upload directly from the device? If on mobile you should be able to access the photo properties anyway to see the lat/long. Can't tell as the pics are such low quality they are like a bad scan?

Unfortunately, instead of taking the images directly from the computer, it appears a mobile phone was used to photograph the display monitor, of a video. With a resulting poor quality image, and what appear to be raster lines.

There was some article about a fella able to identify random, obscure places via Google maps. I suspect he might have issues identifying the exact pile of used water bottles.

There’s more chance of that British fella identifying the offending footie shirt.

It looks similar as a place they discovered earlier this year some dead body in SHV or Kampot. But my view sometimes is blurred when leaving a SHV casino !!
