Getting a golf club from USA to PP

Can anyone suggest the best way I can get a used gold club from San Francisco to Phnom Penh without getting the customs "shakedown" that so often happens in ASEAN? Value of this 20-year-old club is under $100 usd.

You're not going to get a "shakedown" over an old club. The only problem is the length.

Keep the value under $50, then it is exempt from everything. It is called De Minimis

I just received a 12kg parcel of various stuff from the UK and I told them it was old clothes etc worth less than $50 and was sent on my way from the Post Office. I had to open it and out popped a pair of boxer shorts (new!) and at that point he lost all interest in it

The package was full of all sorts of goodies but they never looked properly.

Send it via the cheapest postal service possible, FFS don't send it DHL.
