Go to https://postimages.org/, select 'Choose images', select your image and 'Open'. Then it will present a list of links..see: 'Hotlink for forums:' (3rd from the bottom). Select the little box to the right of the URL to copy it. Then just paste it in your CEO post and voila!

In addition, I removed the url link from the front and tail of the postimages link.

^^^ Right. So you can either go directly to postimg, or use the 'Add image to post' widget, then copy the image URL into a new tab, then click on Share, then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' which is now 2nd from the bottom. Then you throw your hands in the air wondering why you bothered.
