Are you teaching at ACE?

Ask us anything. Cambodia Expats Online has a huge community of long-term expats that can answer any question you may have about life in Cambodia. Have some questions you want to ask before you move to Cambodia? Ask them here. Our community can also answer any questions you have about how to find a job or what kind of work is available for expats in Cambodia, whether you're looking for info about Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, or anywhere else in the Kingdom. You're also welcome to ask about visa and work permit questions as well, as the immigration rules change often, especially since COVID-19. Don't be shy, ask CEO's community anything!

You should do placement test first then you can decide. Next term start 2 April. In my oppinion i think you should study IELTs preparation Course (240$) GEP level 10 equivalent.
Thank for the information. However i just changed my decision that i am not gonna take class at ACE. i will take master class next years and at the same time will also seek for oversea scholarships.

Australia may pay you to go to University there but that's only because they understand how many cunts you'd be dealing with on a daily basis. Plus, to even be allowed into Australia you need to prove you have a massive collection of singlet style shirts, generic tribal tattoos on your arm, and a voice that doesn't distinguish between being indoors and outdoors.

i actually don't care whatever country as long as developed countries, However applying scholarship to both USA and UK ain't easy either. :)

Look at this site

http://www.ielts.org/test_centre_search ... sults.aspx

Only one accredited IELTS test centre listed for PP

Cambodia
Phnom Penh
IDP Education Pty Ltd Phnom Penh - Test Centre
Next Test Date: 31-Jan-2015

ACE might teach IELTS but only an officialy accredited centre can give you a "score"

Main site
http://www.cambridgeenglish.org/exams/ielts/

IDP site

More info

Yes - but if you go to the IDP website you've listed - there is a tab there specifically for ACE!

That would quite possibly be because IDP owns ACE. Just a guess...

That was what I was referring to in answer to djones - he was implying that ACE don't give a score, but only IDP does, yet they are the same ......... and I wont reply 3 times :beer1:
