I looked into it. You are the owner of the Family 365 license and the license is registered to your e-mail address. You can indeed share the license with 5 other people, supposedly your family members. But you can also withdraw those shared rights during the subscription period as 'head of the family'.
It's up to the potential buyer to decide if that's a good deal. It all comes down to trust I guess.
