Oh, does it say that? I just saw it say the "apartment" is equipped with air conditioning.
Well, it doesn't say electricity is extra! Without a separate meter for the room, problems are forthcoming.

I have seen meters already installed in hotel apartments. The Luxe on 136 has 1-bed apartments and they have meters already installed for long-term guests on a special deal rate. On the daily rate, it is included.
