@prahkeitouj. It is better you asked first. it is not our mother tongue, so sometime it is really hard for us to understand. I think the more you stay with CEO, the more you will not improve your vocabulary, but you will also see the various styles of sentences that people here write.MekongMouse wrote:No problem with language.prahkeitouj wrote:MekongMouse wrote: Where I am from, they are both legal.
I don't know if i have problem with my languge?
I grew up in Oregon and currently live in Washington, both states in the US and both have legalized marijuana for people 21 and over.
Almost half the US has "medical marijuana" which means that you can go to a doctor to get a note which allows you to grow, smoke, and purchase marijuana (specifics vary state to state).
The state I grew up in was also the first to remove criminal penalties for marijuana possession, back in 1973, and was the 2nd state in the US to allow medical usage in 1998.
For me the way Mr MekongMouse writes is really easy to understand. I meant most of his comments.
បើសិនធ្វើចេះ ចេះឲ្យគេកោត បើសិនធ្វើឆោត ឆោតឲ្យគេអាណិត។
If you know a lot, know enough to make them respect you, if you are stupid, be stupid enough so they can pity you.

Yes, I got it now. Thank you for your explanation. I don't have broad general knowledge so it is good that share with me.MekongMouse wrote:No problem with language.prahkeitouj wrote:MekongMouse wrote: Where I am from, they are both legal.
