to complete our team!

Our top priority is working very closely as a team with our clients in order to understand their products and visions before building a 360Ëš strategy and implementing it. Marketing & Media Assistant - Job description
General:
• #1: Spread Happiness by learning, daydreaming, creating and giving
• Do minimum of 1 hour volunteer work for the idea or an approved external NGO in a week
• Implement tasks by immediate supervisor and Managing Directors
• Ensure that you come to work on time and with a plan of what you will do
• Can leave anytime from work but all delegated tasks must be done
• Assist in Strategic Surveillance including: Field work and online surveillance

Marketing Role:
• Get all relevant information to support media strategy definition (price, reach…)
• Ensure all advertising plan implementation: negotiate price with media sales department, coordinate advertising publishing (placement, artwork) and get copies
• Build relationships with celebrities, be the point of contact during events and follow-up
• Write Press Release & Articles for our clients´ website & the idea website, update the websites
• Actively participate to elaborate social media strategy for our clients & for the idea and implement it: write posts, select pictures or ask for illustrations to the Creative department, reply to Fans, post during events and ensure a high presence on social networks
• Daily look for information and news related to communications strategies &/or our clients business nature
• Support marketing survey implementation and analysis
Events:
• help events coordinator to run errands, find supplies and coordinate the event on the D day

External & Internal Relations:
• Liaise with Creative department and ensure advertising and any other artwork required for marketing purpose are delivered on time
• Build & ensure good relationship with celebrities & sales person from media



Event & PR Assistant

Events:
- In charge of procurement for The idea and all clients
- Take part in all event planning including: Decoration planning, Activity planning, Launch, Communications, After-Event Pack up and Evaluation
- Implement event planning tasks
- Take notes and assist with event evaluation

Public Relations:
- Liaise with Communications Department and perform tasks for marketing events and promotions for clients
- Implement tasks given for public relations, including: door to door sales, flyer distribution, creating and attending appointments
- Represent clients in a customer service role

What's up with posting people's [MOD EDIT: We took care of it. This edit does NOT reflect on anything Lexus posted. Thanks] profiles?! As much as I hate it, tons of job offers in the west also resemble this and have no mention of salary. Frustrating as it wastes a lot of people's time. I'd think mentioning a salary range would be helpful, but why post her profile?

Perhaps prospective employees may like to know what the boss's background is so as to ascertain whether the start-up will be under the direction of people who know what they're doing and not run the risk of a few months employment before it all falls over.
