Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): The Anti-Drug Department investigated and arrested three Taiwanese nationals for illegally storing and transporting nearly 5 kg of drugs.

The arrest of the suspects and the above exhibits took place on July 29, 2023 at 01:25 with the coordination of Mr. Vong Savath, Deputy Prosecutor of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court, led by Brigadier General Puth Sun Reaksmey, Deputy Director of the Department of Anti-Drug Crimes and Colonel Kong Sivathana, Director of the Office (A1) of the Anti-Drug Department,near Sangkat Night Market Old Market, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

The suspects are:
1 / Chen Hong Yen, male, Taiwanese Chinese
2 / Che Chen Kai Xang, male, Taiwanese
3 / Chen Yi Ting, female Taiwanese Chinese
Evidence confiscated: Ketamine, 4 kilograms and 866 grams.


Currently, on August 3, 2023 the above suspects and the evidence were sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court by the Anti-Drug Crime Department to build a case.
