Electric Cable Thief Attacks and Robs Chinese Man

Cambodia News (Siem Reap Province): On July 24, 2023, at 2:05 pm in Broval village, Siem Reap province, a man caught stealing electric cables was also arrested for attacking, beating up, and robbing a 27-year-old Chinese man, Huang Rao.

The thief, a 22-year-old man called Van Ven aka Ven, from Thnol Chek village, Siem Reap province, admitted to the crimes of theft, violence, and robbery. He was taken to the police station for further investigation.
