Man Hacked Woman to Death for Calling Him a Druggie
Cambodia News, (Prey Veng Province): On July 16, 2023, a murder case occurred when the suspect took a knife and stabbed a woman to death in the street because she had called him a druggie.

Need to remember that face.
He doesn't look quite like someone who just hacked a woman to death with a machete, but there is something about the determination in his face that makes you not want to be on the receiving end of whatever mental illness running the show.
R.I.P lady farmer.

Normal people would have slept on any repercussions and would have forgotten about it the next morning.
Problem is; druggies don't sleep at night.

Bigger problem- many people with certain dependencies obsess about minor things or the last thing that pricked an interest, and have skewed priorities.

Awful. She was probably right about that and I guess it wasn't a secret in the village. But then she shamed him by calling him out.
RIP.
RIP.
Re: Man Hacked Woman to Death for Calling Him a Druggie
Not making excuses for him in any way shape or form, but imagine being so high on drugs that you genuinely had no idea what you were doing, and not only that, when you 'came down' had no recollection of what had gone on. Only to then be told that you'd hacked a woman to death and were facing the rest of your life in prison.
Maybe it didn't happen in that way to him but it must have happened to someone at some point.
RIP to the poor woman.
...also, why pixellate his wrists? Someone should start a thread on bizarre photo pixellation in Cambodia. I'm sure it would fill many pages.

I believe him, because a druggie (esp. a tukkaw user) would *NEVER* overreact like this, only a sober man would hack a woman to pieces for being called a drug user!
