Police Rescue Couple Shouting for Help from Sihanoukville Guesthouse

Cambodia News, (Sihanoukville): Police in Sihanoukville called for reinforcements after they received a report of a foreign man and woman shouting for help through a bathroom window this morning, on July 10, 2023.

The police officers presumed that a crime was taking place at Maya Guesthouse in District No. 3 Sihanoukville, when they burst into the room to the rescue of an Indonesian couple, because they were shouting "Help! Help!"

However, when the professional police and local police intervened, they found that the couple had inadvertently locked themselves in the bathroom and could not get out.
There was a huge sigh of relief, and some red faces, after the police intervened to force open the bathroom door and the two Indonesians came out in a state of undress to be greeted by half a dozen of Sihanoukville's finest taking souvenir snapshots.

Nice to see that Mr Samnang Sao came to the rescue, he is one of the nicest policemen around sankat 3. He used to handle all foreign owned businesses contract/lease related things, and even wrote me a permanent residency back in the days before work permits existed. Top guy
