Curious to get opinions. Thanks

Cats eradicate pests. They certainly keep cat-haters away from me, which is the same thing really.

Cats kill billions of birds each year.
Cats and Birds: A Bad Combination

Outdoor domestic cats are a recognized threat to global biodiversity. Cats have contributed to the extinction of 63 species of birds, mammals, and reptiles in the wild and continue to adversely impact a wide variety of other species, including those at risk of extinction, such as Piping Plover.

The ecological dangers are so critical that the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) lists domestic cats as one of the world’s worst non-native invasive species.

You absolutely need to bath a cat, just once, for the personal experience and entertainment value alone.

This weekend’s effort was a fail. I put on missus’ apron of cat bathing. The cat saw it and promptly ran and hid until the apron was removed.

@petsitter there are heaps of expats in Cambodia offering pet sitting services, but I'm sure there's room for one more.

Please stop bathing the cat!
Cats clean themselves, they are VEY hygienic. They are NOT like dogs.
Washing the cat will cause all sorts of skin complications. Please please stop doing it!

Only if the cat is covered in gunk and grime that it won't be able to clean itself. I wash cats once when I foster them, but I use tick and flea shampoo and it's mainly to ensure there are no ticks or fleas entering the home.

Indeed. One of the most difficult skin complications comes from the absolute savaging by the cat, when expressing its displeasure at the concept of water based bathing.
