Closing Ceremony Etiquette for the SEA Games 2023
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh) - 16 May 2023:The National Organizing Committee of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games 2023 (CAMSOC) has issued a notice for those preparing to attend the closing ceremony of the Southeast Asian Games.
In the announcement dated 13 May 2023, the CAMSOC National Committee asks all participants to observe the following rules:
1) Respect time, discipline, order and dignity during the ceremony.
2) Enter only with a ticket and sit according to the seating plan provided.
3) Groups should send team leaders to attend the ceremony in advance to facilitate communication between the team and the protocol secretariat.
4) Team leaders or facilitators of ministries, institutions, capitals and provinces and relevant partners shall cooperate with the Secretariat, Protocol and volunteers responsible for each location to allow access to pure water under 500 ml and minimal battery and phone charger or electronics (Power Bank) with a capacity of less than 10,000mAh
5) Children under 10 years old are not allowed to participate in the ceremony.
CAMSOC, meanwhile, has also asked participants NOT to do the following:
6) Do not bring a backpack or handbag into the ceremony.
7) Do not carry sharp weapons, explosives or other devices that may pose a risk during the ceremony.
Do not make noise or walk out of the seat during the speech.
It should be noted that the official closing ceremony of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games 2023 will be held on 17 May 2023 at the Moradok Techo National Stadium. According to HE Vath Chamroeun, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia and Secretary General of the National Organizing Committee of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games 2023, said that the closing ceremony of the 32nd SEA Games will include new scenes showcasing Cambodia's rich and wonderful traditional culture and civilization to make people remember the event.

Not more than 500ml of water, but a small sized monster Powerbank of 10Amps. Who thinks about regulations like that?
