Before the incident, many workers were working on a section of the Russian Federation Bvd near the hospital, with warning signs and lights in place for traffic. Suddenly, a luxury car driven by a Chinese man arrived at the scene at high speed, oversteering, crashing into the works, and seriously injuring two male workers and damaging a paving machine. An ambulance rushed the two victims to a hospital.

This one just annoys me. I know that is how things are done here, but that is why it will never change. Drive drunk or too fast with never a worry in the world as you just pay your way out.
