No , he said that maybe she used drug. Did u hear the word " Bek Thnam"? Bek thnam means drugs. I didn't see any woman there to help her to dress up. When a man couldn't zip the jacket,i heard some men said " trembling hand" and laughed..MekongMouse wrote:Can a Khmer speaker tell me what he says around 4:30 into the video? Does he say she's acting like she's three?
She wasn't saying much; more making faces and twisting her body around. It did seem like she was acting child-like, so perhaps she's developmentally disabled? Or maybe it was ice or yaba? Or both?

Normally people never naked in the public, but if anyone naked in public we think they have mental problem and not want to inolve with them. Even though police send them to the police station or hospital, but they seem to be neglacted while no one respond for it if their relatives not care about them.Joker Poker wrote:But selective if they do anything about it. I've seen a really dirty hobo walking around Psar Kandal naked and a while back some old dude was sleeping on the wall along the river wearing only a krama with his balls hanging out for all the world to see. Nobody seemed to care.MekongMouse wrote:but I feel Cambodians treat public nudity way too harshly.

Ohhh... that makes so much sense. I thought I was hearing "bei chhnam ei" but it made no sense to me. I was trying to figure out if this was some colloquial way of expressing the idea that she was acting like a 3 year old. I went back and listened again and now hear it the way you presented it. I did not know the word for "drugs" before, so thank you for teaching me!prahkeitouj wrote:No , he said that maybe she used drug. Did u hear the word " Bek Thnam"? Bek thnam means drugs.
