Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 21 April 2023,at 9:30pm, a man drove his Lexus into a barber and tattoo shop in Por Senchey, causing a fair bit of damage, to both the shop and his vehicle.

The story, from eye witnesses at the scene, is that the driver walked out of a bar in Choam Chao in a mad rage, looking blind drunk. The drunkard then got into his black LexusRX400h (Phnom Penh 2BL-6257), and drove off He was accelerating fast and furiously away from the bar when he crashed more or less directly into the brand new house of a barber and tattoo shop across the way, damaging two motorcycles and some household items. Fortunately, no innocent bystanders were hurt in the incident, and surprisingly, the driver was also unharmed.


The drunkard who caused the accident was arrested by the police and taken to the Choam Chao I Sangkat Administrative Police Station for questioning. He was later released, and the Lexus was held by the Phnom Penh traffic department, waiting for the driver to sober up and come back to the station to sort out the paperwork the next day.
