Do you have the necessary supporting documentation?
If so, then either CINA Travel or Call Kim will sort you out.

Maybe a little off-topic, but what the difference between a retirement visa or a normal extention from an ordinary visa ?? Has it advantages ?? I am not yet 55 and planning to stay for first time probably 6 months at the end of the year, useally only 2 months and jump over some border . . .

Afaik the retirement visa does not require a work permit, just a proof of assets/retirement income and a few other papers, but prevents you by any means to do any work in the country (digital nomads a different topic). Both valid for 1 year
Driving on Cambodian roads is just like playing a classic arcade top scroller. The only difference is a force feedback controller, the limitation to only one life and the inability to restart, once Game Over

Re: What Visa company approved your under age 55 retirement visa ?
I do not know if the situation has changed as I left Cambodia after the Snooky invasion in 2018. If I recall correctly the new visa extensions came about around 2017 and at that time if you were 55 plus there were no other requirements, no proof of income no nothing. Age was enough. That said my experience may now be woefully out of date.
