Mechanic Sihonnockville - overheating CRV

Post by Spongenz »

40kms out of Sihonnockville on the new highway my 98 honda CRV Aircon became hot and the car started overheating. Stopped at one of the not quite built stopping points and checked the oil and water. Water seemed fine, oil was lowish so topped it up. Overheating happened again 5 mins later, so it's something beyond my limited expertise! Managed to limp onto town (didn't want to deal with being towed from that highway, I hear it is super expensive!)

Can anyone recommend a decent mechanic? Could be head gasket or water pump or who knows.. Would like to get it sorted before KH new year!

Cheers for any advice on where to go.
