American shouting in street

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

How the Cambodian Immigration let him in to start with? They should deny entry to anyone with this type of appearance even American passport.
I agree, people with tattoos on their faces should be banned. They are obviously deranged individuals and will only be a problem. I would go further but...

The guy in my foto and the others is the same - that right arm tatt is pretty rare.
Anyway, anyone no his name? I saw Polson mentioned…if he’s ever had nothing to do with marines I don’t no. these fotos show he needs help before he ends up another dead foreigne. They’re people who help, especially vets. but we need to no who he is.

I know him as Geno. He is from NYC -- specifically the Bronx. I assumed he had PTSD.
Manhattan keeps on making it, Brooklyn keeps on taking it

Anything less than five years here is considered pansy. And don't wear a t-shirt that says "I survived Cambodia" Especially not around 178th Street.
