Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): On March 1, 2023, at 11:30am, the Meanchey district police went to at R & F condominium to arrest a Chinese suspect named GUAN JIANNAN for firing off a gun 17 times on March 1, 2023 at 3:00am, in room 107 of the condo, in Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.

Suspect's name is GUAN JIANNAN, male, born in 1987, Chinese national, occupation: businessman, living in R&F condominium, room 107, street 60m, Prek Ta Kong village, Chak Angre Leu commune, Meanchey district, Phnom Penh.

According to the report of the competent authorities, on March 1, 2023, at 3:00am, there were 17 unauthorized explosions at R & F Condo, in Room 107, caused by GUAN JIANNAN, male, born in 1987, Chinese.
When the suspect was drunk in the middle of the night, he fired off 17 shots with a handgun in his room. The police went to arrest him later that morning, and seized two pistols and ammunition. Fortunately, nobody was hurt.


Currently, the suspect was sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court for processing, along with the two handguns and a large number of bullets.
