After an extended renovation, Explorer’s Tales Bar of Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort reopened on 11th November 2022 with a new concept of Champagne Bar, the first in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort launches an exciting concept for Champagne lovers. The most sought-after wine has found the perfect setting in the newly renovated and elegant atmosphere of Explorer's Tales Bar. The new Champagne Bar creates an unparalleled experience whilst offering over 100 references of Champagne such as Dom Pérignon, Louis Roederer Cristal Cuvée, Pol Roger and more, as well as Sparkling wines. From familial to world’s finest Champagne houses, discover an exceptional list with rare vintage, special cuvee, varieties as well as bottle-sizes carefully selected and served in an elegant atmosphere rhythmed by Live Bands and Sofitel DJ playlist.

Later this year, an exclusive Taittinger VIP Room will be added and offer an unmatched experience for a complete immersion and unveil all secrets of Champagne.

The Bar Manager, Rothany Lout has created several Signature Champagne Cocktails using some of the most iconic Glassware back in time with the historical Coupe de Champagne.

Maybe slightly off topic, but was thursday at celestes skybar on the 42th floor in front of aeonn mall, and surprisingly there were a lot of khmer ladys nipping 8 dollar cokctails (plus service and VAT).
Ooh, yes, for the 50 cent ausies who drink at the billionaire bar:
had 2 salads, 8 pieces of sushi, a soda and a bottle of water: verdict: 53 dollars
