Drugs and Porn Man Raped his Younger Sister

Cambodia News (Kampong Speu): On 16 February 2023, police of Thpong District arrested a suspect on the complaint of his mother in connection with the rape of his 15-year-old sister, which happened in Prey Veng village, Pram Bei Mom commune, Thpong district, Kampong Speu province on three occasions from 2022 to 16 February 2023. Fortunately, the girl ended up telling her mother, which put an end to the abuse.

According to the police of Thpong district, the suspect is a 24 year old factory worker, Chamroeun. On interrogation, the suspect confessed that he had raped his younger sister sometimes, because he often likes to use drugs (crystal meth) and watch pornographic videos, which makes him want to have sex, and he doesn't have a girlfriend or wife so he raped his teenage sister.
Currently, the above suspect has been sent to the Kampong Speu Provincial Police to prepare the form and build a case to be sent to court for legal proceedings.

I don't think he can even blame the meth. Meth is behind a lot of disgusting shit but 'If' the meth made him do it excuse was true, and he was genuinely remorseful he wouldn't have done it a second and third time, he'd have known combining meth and porn makes him rapey and at the very least not have done it around his sister again.

I think he's just a piece of shit, with or without the meth.
