Cambodia News, Takeo Province: By order of Brigadier General Seng Moha, Commander of Takeo Provincial Gendarmerie, at 12:50 pm on 9 February 2023, officers arrested a suspect named Youk Socheat, male, 48 years old, who works as an Instructor in the Association for Helping Drug Victims, Takeo Province.

At 15:00 on the same day, the Provincial Gendarmerie visited the Drug Victims Association in Trapeang Pring Village, Lay Bo Commune, Tram Kak District, where they arrested 4 more suspects:
- Pa Udom, male, 30 years old, security guard living in Tram village, Rokar Krao commune, Daun Keo city,
- Oeun An, male, 25 years old, security guard living in Thmor Sor village, Lumpong commune, Bati district,
- Tep Lay Seng, male, age 29-year-old security guard, living in Thnal Bek Keut village, Svay Teap commune, Chamkar Leu district, Kampong Cham province.
- Unnamed security guard, lives in Trapeang Pring village, Lay Bo commune, Tram Kak district.


Captured exhibits include:
1. Gendarmerie uniform, 12 pairs of pants, 7 T-shirts, 9 hats, 9 pairs of boots.
2. Military uniform, 3 pants, 1 T-shirt.
3. Police uniform, 4 shirts, 2 pants.
4. Bodyguard uniform, 4 T-shirts, 4 hats.
5. 2 cars (brand LEXUS 470 in purple color, with license plate Phnom Penh 2AL-4513, and LEXUS 400, with Royal Cambodian RCAF license plate 02 2-8985).


The five suspects are currently being processed by specialized officers.
