Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A foreign man ran to catch a thief who stole his phone last night, at 12:30am on February 9, 2023, on Street 51 near Sorya Mall, Sangkat Phsar Thmei 3, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

According to the foreigner who was the victim, he went to buy pizza, and he had his phone in his hand when he came out of the store.
Then while he was carrying his pizza and trying to put the phone back into his pocket, a man went past on a motorcycle, snatched the phone, and drove off.

The foreign man was running after the motorbike and shouting for help until he reached Sorya Mall, but the suspect did not seem to know that he was being chased by the victim, and he stopped the motorcycle to make a phone call. Then another man grabbed the thief, the motorbike fell over, and the phone fell on the ground.

Currently, the thief and the motorcycle were taken directly to the Phsar Thmei 3 Sangkat Administrative Police Station for questioning. The foreign man is filing a complaint against the suspect.
