Thanks I have sent him a brief email. If anyone has any other recent recommendations for PP clinics and indicative prices I’d be grateful to know. Thailand is definitely a possibility and I know some good clinics/hospitals there but I want to check out what options are available in PP.

I do not know the cost but there is a very modern ENT -Ear Nose and Throat surgical unit at the Ang Doung Hospital in Phnom Penh. Have you enquired there?
