what if
there is a fungus that has NO vaccine, no cure and kills all who come in contact with it?

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST
Re: Recommended TV shows and series
Storyville have a few new ones that are worth watching:
Truffle Hunters - "Deep in the forests of Piedmont, Italy, a handful of elderly men hunt for the rare and expensive white Alba truffle. This award-winning film follows these truffle hunters, who live and work alongside their cherished dogs in an eccentric world, guided by a secret culture and a training passed down through the generations."
The Spy In Your Mobile - "A Storyville documentary that investigates a powerful and terrifying spyware called Pegasus, sold to governments around the world by Israeli company NSO Group and used on journalists, activists and others, including both the wife and fiancée of Saudi dissident Jamal Khashoggi."
India: The Modi Question. "Tensions in the world’s largest democracy. India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been dogged by accusations over his attitude to the nation's Muslim minority. What's the truth?"
This is a very disturbing two-part documentary about Narendra Modi and his BJP party's treatment of Muslims in India (there are 200 million of them). Since the BBC broadcast this documentary, the Indian government ordered a raid of the BBC offices in New Delhi by their Tax Department (hmm, that sounds familiar).
All are available on Pirate Bay.

Just like The Walking Dead, you want the child to die ASAP. Also like The Walking Dead, he/she doesn't.

Meanders a bit. The plot twist about the 2 gay men living out 20 years together, then dying of old age, just so the survivors get a car. And the Indonesian scientist who tells the general, the bomb is the only solution. They kill off interesting characters.angsta wrote:Really not shit at all. Re: Recommended TV shows and series
Those 2 mini stories within the series were kinda enjoyable. The episode with the gay dudes was actually really good. This series is taken from the Play Station game of the same name from approximately 10 years ago. Just a loose adaptation would be my guess. Interesting to see what happens and if it can be kept interesting and unpredictable.newkidontheblock wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 6:41 amMeanders a bit.
