I feel like going into a meat coma.

Is there a restaurant in Phnom Penh does a full rack of ribs?

Alley cat has been advertising ribs, their website says Tuesdays and Saturdays. Street 192

You mentioned them so you should review them.

I was asking a general question on where to get a full rack of ribs in Phnom Penh. 3 of the choices you gave don't even offer what was asked for.
