Philippine women’s cricket team to visit Cambodia for int’l matches
The Philippine women’s cricket team will visit Cambodia next week for a series of international matches against their counterparts in the Kingdom.
This was according to Manish Sharma, CEO of Cricket Federation of Cambodia (CFC).
Sharma said the Philippine team will arrive in Cambodia on December 20. “The two sides will play six T20 matches,” he revealed. “The Philippine team is going to be here until the 23rd of this month.”
This will be the first international match for the newly-formed Cambodian women’s cricket team.
In July, Cambodia was accepted as an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) on the condition that it establish women’s cricket by the end of 2022.

Pretty tough schedule, 6 games in 4 days, including their days of travel. Surely some mistake.

Re: Cricket is Coming to Cambodia
The guy who made this announcement is in charge of the Cricket Federation of Cambodia. Here's the website link.
https://www.cricketcambodia.org/
It's an odd site, with lots of picture but no mention of the upcoming tour, or indeed, any cricket having been played. The site talks about disabled cricket, wheelchair cricket and "tennis" cricket, but the section on "Regular Cricket" is completely blank.
However, it does boast an impressive cricket academy:
The academy is established 39255 SqM (3.925 Hectares) area and
situated 70 Kms from Capital City Phnom Penh with lush green, pollution free environment surrounded by hills. Its situated in quite area free from traffic and city crowds. There is go cart site and a resort near our academy. The academy is equipped with all state of art of Cricket facilities like natura Turf, Practice Turfs, Synthetic turfs to get and all round experience of batting, bowling machine, physical fitness and including tracking.
Our academy learners will have an advantage of exchange programme between Cambodia and London, UK. In summer May-June-July-Aug you will get a chance to visit London, UK for specialized advance training session through expert coaches and opportunity to friendly matches during your exchange program.
However, there are no photos of this wonderful facility except this:
It also has a 12 member strong board consisting of a Chairman, President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Administrator and 5 further board members. That's quite a management line up for an organisation that doesn't appear to play any real cricket or, indeed, any cricket at all.

I would love to see their accounts...
