Cambodia News (Kratie): Major General San Bunthoeun, Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Gendarmerie, assisted by Brigadier General San Bunthan, Commander of Kratie Provincial Gendarmerie, detonated an explosive device and set fire to two Samsung vehicles which had been confiscated by the authorities. Police seized the two minivans because they were being used for transporting criminal forest products.(ie. illegal logging).

It should be noted that the Kratie Provincial Gendarmerie, together with the Kampong Cham Provincial Gendarmerie, seized the vehicles during a combined stop and search operation, looking for firearms and the transport of illegal wood, at 11:30am on 1 November 2022, on a road in Chheu Teu village, Khpob Ta Nuon commune, Stung Trang district, Kampong Cham province.

Note also that the transporters were seemingly unconcerned about carrying their illegal loads in broad daylight, and did not take much care in disguising their cargo.

They probably left the wood in there to help get the fire going?
