Fire in Kampong Chhnang Burns 6 houses

Cambodia News (Kampong Chhnang): On Monday, 5 December 2022 a fire in a residential area burnt six houses at 21:00. The fire occurred at Chong Koh village, Sangkat Phsar Chhnang, Kampong Chhnang city, Kampong Chhnang province.

The houses involved belonged to:
1) 35 years old Pot Nak whose house was made of mixed wood, size (8m x 25m), almost completely burned.
2- 54 years old Heang Phalla Wooden house size (8m × 25m), which back is completely burned.
3- 75 years old Huot Sam Oun wooden house size (9m × 35m), completely burnt down.
4. 54 years old Dok Chamroeun, house size (8m × 35m), completely burnt down.
5- 87 years old Hin Hok Ly house size (10m × 50m) completely burnt.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

In this case, 25 fire engines carrying water were used to completely extinguish the fire without any danger to people.
