Cambodia News, (Kampong Speu): According to information from local people, in recent times, Phnom Sruoch district police seem to be weak in cracking down on all kinds of gambling that is happening in full force in their locality.

Authorities in Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province, do not prevent and crack down on all kinds of gambling, where the gambling ring is growing like a mushroom in Phnom Sruoch district while under the control of Mr. Say Bunthon, Phnom Sruoch district police inspector.

Mr. Say Bunthon has kept quiet and did not take any legal action against the casino owners, who are operating illegally, and so the public suspect that this is happening because he has made an agreement with the owner not to intervene.

In connection with the above case, the people of Phnom Sruoch district call on Mr. Sam Samoun, Provincial Police Commissioner of Kampong Speu, to take legal action.
