How to get across Japanese bride or the bridge north of it????

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Yeah, they wouldn't let me into Strasbourg in 2009 because O'Bama was there

Had to go to Baden Baden instead

Japanese bridge closed, the bridge a few Km north is also closed. Ferry is closed.

Only bridge open is that one on the pay road making a 2hours detour unless i missed something.

What fuckery.

Yes, there's a bridge 10km north and there's one southbound. Agree on the fact it's a fuckery, especially now.

If the Japanese bridge is the one by the Twisted Gun roundabout, then which is the one to the South? The only one I know goes over a different river and doesn't give access to/from Chroy Changvar which I presume is the aim of the OP

You're right, I meant the one @ Chbar Ampov but it doesn't cross the Mekong. For another bridge across the Mekong you have to go deep south, about 30 km.

Last night I was waiting for two hours to get out.

Preah Monivong was shut, as was Chroy Changvar roundabout and bridge. After an hour they let us out. Then everyone headed up Riverside to the temporary steel bridge which was also shut! After an hour they told us to go back to Japanese friendship bridge!

Some ferries are running but dropping off at Koh Pich.
People of the world, spice up your life.
